with fantastic food and wine. This is a great opportunity to relax, enjoy
gourmet cuisine and great company. Each of the 5 Courses are paired with a
wine that our Chef has personally selected. During each course the Chef will
explain the way he has
prepared the dish along with his choice of selected wine that accompanies

What is the Secret Supper?
The
Secret Supper is our version of the underground dinner…it is our chance to
break
out of our lunch & dinner mode & showcase seasonal ingredients for supper
along with some fantastic wine choices to complement your meal.
What is the secret part?
We have two secrets….
The first:
Only recipients on our email newsletter list get the word about the secret
suppers.
The supper is limited to 30 guests.
The second:
Is the menu……we do make adjustments for allergies & other dietary
restrictions…just let us know when you make your reservation. The menu will
contain 5 courses and each course will be accompanied by a sample pairing of
wine to compliment the course.
Why is Payment made when you make your reservation?
Many of our ingredients are sourced & we commit to buy them from the farmers
&
vendors ahead of time; we also spend a lot of time preparing for dinner
throughout the month. So with this kind of commitment we need you here to
eat!
The price will be for each person plus tax the gratuity is not included.
Cancellation Policy?
We know emergencies can happen and you may need to cancel prior to the
Secret Supper.
First, we will miss you!
If you cancel more than one week before the Supper a gift certificate for
the
amount of the dinner for each person canceling will be sent to you…you can
use
this gift certificate for a future secret supper or anytime in our
restaurant or
pro shop as you choose.
If canceling less then 7 days before the supper we can not offer a refund.
Do to
the complex list of items the chef must preorder your attendance is
important.
